- I lead technical safety for Microsoft’s Superintelligence organization, responsible for pre- and post-launch safety evaluations, post-training, and inference-time mitigations for frontier models and agents. Built and lead a team of eleven.

- Trained classifiers, built data collection and evaluation pipelines, and created monitoring systems for ensuring the safety of large language model output.
